Boulder, Colorado is where the story of Rivendell College began, when, in 1983, Dayspring Center for Christian Studies was launched as a Study Center adjacent to the University of Colorado.
The Boulder Center now serves as the academic and administrative hub for Rivendell College and Affiliate Study Centers. In addition to its own student body and full slate of academic programs, Boulder provides all academic, administrative, and other support services to Affiliate Study Centers across the United States and abroad. The Study Center continues to be active in its interface with the students, faculty and staff of the University of Colorado.
Undergraduate classes are held in facilities on The Hill, within walking distance of student residential communities adjacent to the campus of the University of Colorado, Boulder. Administrative services and graduate classes are held at the east campus, 5495 Baseline Road.
Students may take courses online through eRivendell, choose from onsite options, or craft their own program that combines both. Residents of Boulder not only have access to Rivendell onsite and online library resources, but the CU Norlin Library and Boulder City Library.
